Aidan Murrow - Guitarist
I grew up in St. Louis, MO and picked up my first guitar at age 9. My music career started in middle school playing in a classic rock cover band. I discovered a passion for jazz as a teenager, earning multiple state and national jazz guitar awards and was invited to play at the Newport Jazz Festival at age 17. In 2022, I earned a BS in Jazz Performance from Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY after training with world class instructors and guest artists.
I teach private lessons and perform around the greater Kansas City area. While I specialize in jazz, funk, jazz fusion and R&B, I am well versed in all genres. I strive to bring my unique musical aesthetic to every single performance.
J Love Band
I am the guitarist for the J Love Band, fronted by singer Jaime Chase. The set list is packed with classic soul, funk and R&B favorites. We play at a variety of local venues in the greater Kansas City area.
Public & Private Events
I perform at all types of events including jazz clubs, private parties, festivals, weddings, corporate events and provide hotel entertainment.
